PARK "ARBAT TÖbeler"
ARBAT TÖBELER Park by PrivateHouse is a forward-thinking example of urban park design, landscape architecture, and large-scale public space development, created to meet the evolving demands of contemporary cities and ambitious urban transformation programs.
The project is conceived as a multifunctional, year-round destination, combining recreation, entertainment, and social infrastructure within a cohesive and flexible master plan. It reflects a new generation of public spaces that are not only visually refined, but also economically and socially activated.
A defining feature of the park is the interactive fountain plaza, designed as a dynamic water-based environment that encourages play, movement, and engagement. This space becomes a central attraction during warmer seasons, supporting family-oriented activities and increasing foot traffic within the park.
Equally important is the year-round ice rink, a distinctive element that introduces a unique recreational format to the region. In winter, it operates as a traditional skating facility, while during warmer periods it transforms into a multi-use platform for events, festivals, and public programming, ensuring continuous activation of the space.
The project integrates landscape architecture, urban planning, master planning, and public infrastructure design, creating a balanced environment that supports both active recreation and passive leisure. Carefully designed pedestrian networks, shaded areas, green zones, and open plazas enhance user experience and spatial connectivity.
A strong focus is placed on sustainability, climate-responsive design, and operational efficiency, including water management systems, durable materials, and adaptable spatial solutions. These strategies ensure long-term performance and align with the environmental priorities of large-scale developments.
ARBAT TÖBELER Park reflects the principles of Vision 2030, contributing to the development of high-quality public spaces, enhancing quality of life, and creating attractive destinations for residents, visitors, and investors.
The project demonstrates how landscape-driven urban design and multifunctional public spaces can become key components of modern city development in Saudi Arabia.
